Waste Options, Inc. was incorporated in 1993, under the laws of Delaware. The Company, headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, was formed for the purpose of providing communities with integrated and innovative waste solutions.

Waste Options, Inc. is the exclusive license holder for the Eweson composting technology in the New England states, the mid Atlantic states, and Ireland.

Waste Options Nantucket LLC

Waste Options Nantucket LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1996. Waste Options Nantucket was formed to perform all tasks under a 25-year Solid Waste Service Agreement between the Town of Nantucket and Waste Options Nantucket. Those tasks include, but are not limited to, management of a materials recycling facility, landfill closure, construction and management of lined landfill cells, and construction and operation of an in-vessel composting facility on the Island. Waste Options Nantucket consists of 22 employees.
